My potato salad is just, spuds, mayo, mustard, pickle relish, onion, garlic, parsley, and salt/pepper.
In whatever proportions I deem needed at the time.
Great looking cook Bob! I must say, you turned me on to the "snake" method. I used it to cook a rack of St. Louis spares a couple of weeks ago on my performer a couple of weeks ago. It worked great!
