I have been grilling for years but am reasonably new to smoking. I bought a Weber Kettle this summer and have not looked back. After three butts, a couple briskets and several chickens i decided to step up to a WSM. my first smoke was three racks of ribs and an 8 lb butt. I plan on doing a 3.5 lb flat this weekend. Like many if you I have become obsessed with smoking. Looking forward to sharing many future smokes with you.
