we don't eat as much steak as we used to but when we do, it has to be special.

this peanut sauce is a keeper.


i add some sambal sauce to the recipe, around 3 Tbs for that extra kick of heat. red curry paste is a must and should be easy for you to secure locally. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0091UW4QS?tag=tvwb-20

and the sauce goes really well with fresh rolls (wrapped in rice paper). and you can put anything you want into a roll too.
