Had a Chuckeye I got a few days and and needed to add to the menu more beef. Started out with one of my favorite beers!
Decided to cook these on Performer and do the twice baked and broccoli
on the Gold B. Prepped the beef
with a generous coating of S&P.

Did a hot cook with a flip every 90 seconds or so until about 110 internal then moved over to indirect.
Multitasked on the Gold B with the taters and broccoli

Everything finished very close to the same time. A little rest…
Then time to slice
Two completely different cuts of beef
but both were incredibly good.

For me…the one bite challenge winner was the Chuckeye. But tomorrow I might feel different! Cheers!
