NY strip vs Chuckeye & 2x baked potatoes & broccoli

Had a Chuckeye I got a few days and and needed to add to the menu more beef. Started out with one of my favorite beers!IMG_3599.jpegDecided to cook these on Performer and do the twice baked and broccoli 🥦 on the Gold B. Prepped the beef 🥩 with a generous coating of S&P.IMG_3616.jpegIMG_3618.jpegIMG_3619.jpegDid a hot cook with a flip every 90 seconds or so until about 110 internal then moved over to indirect.IMG_3620.jpegIMG_3621.jpegMultitasked on the Gold B with the taters and broccoli 🥦IMG_3622.jpegIMG_3624.jpegEverything finished very close to the same time. Looks great from here, I like the chuck eyes better than the strip unless I find a nicely marbled 1. those are very rare around here though.
 
Looks great Rich. Reminds me I haven't seen a chuck eye around here in a long time. With the price of beef now I better look a little harder.
