Grilling New York steaks never gets old with my family. Costco delivers a consistent product and my Weber grill gets the job done! Steaks were seasoned with S&P and some Montreal steak seasoning. The sprouts had S&P, onions, garlic, and bacon. We did a foil pack of gourmet taters Costco with seasoning and onions (kind of getting tired on potatoes...we need to think of some different ideas for a daily dose of starches!). Used KB Comp for the Weber....neighbors have been complaining lately of harsh smell of KB blue
