Nutty Professor pork loin and 4 plus pound bAbY BaCk RiB….


 
It was a first try for me and I really had good intentions to make it turn out awesome, but it didn't happen, over cooked the pork tenderloin,
trying to get the bacon cooked.

But thats whats it's all about, learning, I couldn't ride a bike my first day…glad this forum exist so the learning curve is somewhat smaller.

Ill try again soon and get better results, thanks for looking.

I'm not sure (at all) what you're talkin' about, Jeff... to paraphrase from James of the North: "I would eet that all up!"
 
It was a noble experiment and I bet it was a good meal. I know what you mean about the tenderloin...you like it to be nice and moist and still you want the bacon to be cooked....tough to pull off. It does look good , though.
