Nu-Temp question

I have the Nu-Temp thermometers and have been having a problem. I only have two units and when my base is cycling it's giving me three channels of temps. Anyone know how to fix this? I don't think it did it when I first started using it.
 
Mine does the same thing. Seems like a good excuse to buy a third probe!

If there's a way to change it, great - I'll try it. It doesn't bother me though.
 
Hey Tom,
I was thinking the same thing about the third probe! I do need one for my high and low alarm plus meat temp. Now I just have to justify it to the wife.
 
It's too close to Christmas to be trying. AND, she caught me looking for an o/u shotgun last night. Here's a thought - I'll give up the $1500+ shotgun search for the $20 probe!

Nah, I'd rather have the shotgun...(and sleep on the couch) :^)
