Nothing Special

but its rare I get to cook during the week. The wife had off today so I was able to do a quick chop cook. This is nothing special like the title says but I wanted to put a few (too many) pics up of what I did since I don't get to post many cooks as I just respond to them. Anyway these are a few:

Rubbed with olive oil and 21 season salute from trader joes and just garlic powder for the wife since she likes it simple...

Some extras, zucchini, onions and jalapeno's...

Leftover Stubbs from my last cook, really like these coals...

On they go indirect until they hit 110* internally...

Everything together now, need to work on my searing skills. I seared over direct then put them back on indirect until they hit 150* internally...

Plated and about to get torn up...

What I had to drink...

Looking forward to the weekend!!

Looks great! I have used the 21 Seasoning Salute on a Beer Can Chicken and a few other things, I'll have to try it on pork after seeing this!

Looks good. How did you like the seasoning? Havent tried that one yet but we're supposed to get a traider joes in austin soon.
