Just a simple cook on the mini-wsm. 365 brand Lump, Cherry, high temp. Ribeyes seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder. Crash taters seasoned with the same.

Thanks to both of you! I've always liked the simple approach to things. Back in my charter fishing days it was Keep it Simple Stupid. Now it's keep it simple smoker!

That being said my wife and I like really good food. For the most part we don't follow recipes, and we experiment with different spices, proteins, veggies, carbs, and have come up with some great tasting meals.
 
Simple to me are hot dogs. You couldn't get a better meal at a restaurant. Great job!

Our street had a block party for 4th July. My sous chef, youngest son wanted to take a dish. He made Faux burnt ends. Guess I should pot that here for all to see. It disappeared faster than any other dish!
