Not the normal chicken cook!

Howdy all! Seems to be the going theme this spring! Cooking things that might be better suited inside! Actually I think these are my favorite cooks! Ok tonight will be grilled chicken simmered in a mushroom sauce with reds, zukes and biscuits!

Started some reds in the little lodge pan!

Added a couple chicken breasts with a little S&P for color!

Cut up the chicken and added to a pan of cream and mushrooms.

Pushed everything back to simmer and added a lid w/biscuits.

Biscuits almost done! Added some zucchini soaked in olive oil and a little salt, pepper and garlic!

Good fun mid week meal! Wasn't a good choice of veggies tonight, next time I will go with the baby grilled carrots! Jim Lampe style!
