9 lbs cooked 11 hours cooker ran from 225-260

Internal was 190 when I removed it and wrapped it in foil to hold for a hour and a half. But it was butter tender so I went ahead and took it off.

Everyone pulls there pork. I wanted something different. It was plenty tender I could of pulled it or chopped it. But, I wanted sliced and it was awesome! Glad I did, if the BBQ comp guys turn in sliced pork, then it's good enough for me and the family! :D

Served up with some grilled squash and mac-n-cheese.

Looks good! I did a small butt earlier this year. Come dinner time,it wasn't quite shreddable,so I sliced it. Very nice,and a nice change of pace like you said.
