Not Jim's Chops,But Still pretty Good!

So,I find a pack of TJ's bone in pork chops in the freezer and decided they needed to be cooked! Seasoned with S&P and garlic and onion powders.

Cooked to a perfect 145* and served with a boxed pasta salad and some BS. As always,no plated shots. But trust me,it was good!
