Noodles

Mildo

I do not think that anyone would make noodles in the Weber.
I had to try it.
But, I will not eat noodles without meat, so this pork loin preparation

Looks tasty. I've never done noodles outdoors, but I have done the BBQ pit boys recipe for Mac and Cheese on my pit. I've done it a couple times including this past Thanksgiving and it's very good. I have some changes in the recipe in mind for the next time. Its always nice to see the look on people's face when you tell them you cook something that wasn't meat on the grill. I slow simmered a pot of chili on my WSM for 3 hours a few weeks ago....MMMMMMM - tasty.

Mildo these pork cubes are the prettiest pork loin pieces I've ever seen.

I can not get pork loin that big here, or else I would made them for dinner tomorrow. Thank you for sharing this masterpiece.

i will admit i was aghast...i couldnt understand why you stripped that poor loin. but.... they look awesome. very, very nice.

All the trim has been carefully prepared. Nothing is waste.

cut on the left - a grinder and ground pork patties were produced

cut on the right - cut into strips and used that day to the Chinese style dinner

Very interesting Czech Premium beer - MASTER Golden. Produced Pilsner Urquell brewery.

That is a great looking meal! What is the diameter of the hole in that Weber grate you have? Looks like I could put the wok in the STOK grate I own.
