Noob here...

I was born and raised in the New Orleans area and have seen a recent rise in BBQieux in the area. Obviously we're not known for BBQieux. I recently discovered this site and I'm glad I did. I'm constantly looking up anything bbqieux. I purchased the Weber Kettle not too long ago and love it. I don't have a WSM, but I will be getting one sometime in the near future. I'm fairly new to grilling. I can grill, but still learning and getting better each time. I do want to try my hand at smoking one day. Might try smoking some ribs this weekend.
