No wrap loin back ribs

Hot off the grill, these babies came off the Traeger after 4 1/2 hours@250F. Spritzed hourly and glazed twice over the last half hour. Tender, juicy and a perfect bite. I was sold on wrapping for many years but have seen the light.

Yessir, i stopped wrapping about 6 months ago, never going back. Always overcooked them when wrapped.

I have a Pit Boss pellet smoker added to my Weber smokers, and have great results with ribs. Yours looks great!
