I didn't think to take any pics of this until after I'd brought it in. Anyway, these were 1" pork chops I brined for about two hours with brown sugar, garlic, onion, orange zest and cracked black pepper. Asparagus was marinated in a balsamic vinaigrette. Quickly Qooked on the Q.

 
Jim, that looks great. Was the brining medium just water or was there some apple juice also? TIA

Just water, salt and that other stuff. I had thought about the apple juice, but didn't have any on hand.
