Mahi is called Dolphin on the East Coast and Dorado on the West Coast. Same fish. And makes excellent fish tacos.

You make some amazing tacos I’d go with carne asada though. Maybe some sort of Cuban theme for Miami.

Sorry - was a poor tempt at humor/sarcasm. Most of us over here call it mahi - I think the dolphin name turned some people off. But as you said, great fish no matter what you call it.
