New WSM owner in New Mexico

Hello Folks, I purchased my first WSM 18.5 2 weeks ago. I absolutely love it! Smoked 2-4lbs. racks of St.Louis style ribs with the 3-2-1 method and they turned out Great!

Hello Mike, Thank you! Sorry i didn't take any photos, but i will this weekend. My wife and i are planning to smoke a Tri-Tip or Beef spare ribs. For the 4th of July a brisket will be on the menu. Thanks again!
