I am a proud owner of an 18.5 WSM. I must admit I never was a grill guy but I fell in love with some ribs in San Diego while on vacation. I came home to sacramento and there are not many legit bbq places. So I did some research and came to the conclusion that I needed a WSM. I am a CPA by trade so attention to detail is one of my quality traits which lends it self to being useful in smoking bbq. I did chickens twice and everyone loved them.
