Tonight was the first time I had a chance to try out the 'New Toy' I posted about in 'WEBER ACCESSORIES' last week:

All in all a very tasty meal.
I must say, the roaster performed as advertised, the chicken was extremely moist.
I will rate that purchase as "WELL WORTH IT!!"

Bill, thanks for showing the new accessory in action. Knowing that a fellow TVWBB member had a good experience with it will certainly help my decision making the next time I get an itch to shop for grill accessories.

Nice Bill,

Looks great , how Long do you leave potato slices on grill?

Eric, I guess the taters took about 15 minutes total, did not really pay attention. I cut the just about 1/4" thick, brush with EVOO
and sprinkle with S&P - Garlic Powder and Onion Powder (don't tell my cardiologist about the S in S&P:))
I just check them for good grill marks before I flip them.

As to the chicken, I made salad out of the leftovers tonight, and I have never had leftover chicken stay
moist like this, it was perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!!
