Had to test the wsm with my new grommet mod. Baby back ribs! We've all seen them before. Used butt rub and pecan for smoke.


Its amazing how much air could flow out of that lid from that little wire. Much better now!
Ribs after 3hrs

Put them in some foil with brown sugar, honey, butter, and apple cider vinegar. Let that go for 1.5hrs. Pulled them out and sauced them.

After half an hour!



I think these were the best ribs I've done yet! Nice and moist, tender, great smokey flavor! The sauce I used was from a bh&g book on bbq. Here's the recipe.

The sauce is from the smoke wood down. Above that is just a rub, I didn't use it. Just put it in a pan heat it up. It worth a try, let me know what you think. Thanks for looking! See you next cook!
