Hello everyone. Edison W checking in from West Chester, PA. I'm relatively new to grilling/bbq. Bought a Q200 two summers ago, a 22.5 OTG last summer, and a 18.5 WSM this spring. This hobby/lifestyle is quickly becoming an obsession and it's great to come on this forum and share experiences with people that share a common interest. Look forward to getting to know you guys as well as using this forum as a great resource to get better on my grills/smoker!
