My mini sees a lot of pork butts with a pan of beans underneath. That, and he's travelled a few times to show off what he can do at gatherings where I do wings & such. Nice score!

Nice score! Do the mini, and get the Vasconia from Pfaltzgraff. Just wait until there's a 30 or 40% off coupon. Otherwise it's pricey. Since I built my mini, I've used it more than my other grills. I love it!
