I just picked up a 2004 model Genesis Gold C. I've embarked on a restoration project and this forum is a treasure trove of information.

Welcome to the forum Mick. Restorations are very rewarding. I have a Gold B I restored and topped it with a red lid. They are great grills.

That looks great. How can I post pictures without an URL? I have some pics on my computer that I would be happy to post.

Luckily the grill was in good shape to start with...no serious rust

Mick, you will need an account with a hosting site like Photobucket. Easy enough to set up and free as long as you don't load up too many photos.
