Just stopping in and saying hi. Been lurking the forum for a couple weeks now when I was deciding on a smoker. Did some smoking on a Weber Kettle that turned out great, but wanted something I wouldnt have to watch so closely. Low and behold a Weber Smokey Mountain 18 inch came available on craigslist for 150$ only used a few times. I had my parents (in WI where the WSM was available) pick it up right away. Looks to be in great shape according to them so I just have to find the time to drive the 3 hours and pick it up. Im excited to get some serious smoking done!
