Never cooked on a Disc before & I loved it. Made Tacos w/Bacon, Breakfast Sausage, Chorizo & Ground Beef. Sautéed onions & Jalapenos, & added Cilantro
Can’t wait to use it again

Food looks great, and I love the new toy/tool. Tell me more about the set up of the disk. Free standing with a flame underneath?

Looks AWESOME @Kemper Morris !! All your ingredients are all my favourites!
I had a discada for many years... sold two years ago for what i paid for it... :D

@Mike - LA ... it's not cool to highjack someone's thread (steal their sunlight, aka lime light) to promote your bbq stuff, skills, photos, or whatever.
However, it is cool to open your own thread to showcase the spectacular set-up you have, to brag about how tasty your steaks, chops and shrimp were after you grilled them to perfection. :)

My apologies I in no way was trying to do that. I apologize to any offended. Chris please delete my posts on this if you deem appropriate and needed. I'm not a trouble maker I was just following the post.

gosh no! don't delete the post... just a heads up is all it was, Mike... we can live together in this tiny world: you're hip ;)

Looks good! Show us some more of your set up! I have the propane burner that I made out of a tire wheel. But lately I've been flying mine using my tripod that I built out of black pipe.

I have not used my Disc since getting the Blackstone.
I have found that I too go to the blackstone first when it's set up. (mines the 22" so some times its in the camper). I have to say though that the versatility of the discada takes the cake. Kind of hard to use the Blackstone over open fire. Also not as easy to deep fry with.
