New cuts of meat at Sams Club

I went into Sams last week and saw a couple of new cuts of meat. They had pork brisket I haven't even heard of anyone talk about that let alone see it. I didn't pick one up, I thought I would ask before I tried it.

They also seem to be carrying tri tip. They are marinated. I looked at the cut and don't seem to look like the tri tips I get at trader joes. They seem to be more rectangle shaped than triangle.

Anyone else seeing this at their club?

I haven't meat gazed in about a week. May have to swing through today and see what I see. Sucks that the tris are already marinated. If they are rectangular, they are likely just heavily trimmed and squared up. If they cut the ends a little, and nipped off the pointy center, they'd be pretty much square. Dang.

As for the pork brisket, not sure what to make of that either. If they have one, i'll give it the once over.
