By chance, was it this past Saturday?
If so, might have seen or even met you.
We, the CBBQA, were doing a BBQ class all day.

Funny enough, it actually was this past Saturday. They mentioned there was a class going on and I watched for a little but didn't stay too long. I will definitely have to keep an eye out for more events that are scheduled there.

Here's the California BBQ Association's website. Contests and Events are on the right side.
This was the first time holding the class at that location. Another class will be held later this year.
Classes are held throughout the state by the educational arm of our association, the California BBQ Institute.

If you would like a taste of what competition BBQ is all about as well as joining us in the friendship that is BBQ,
the next large not-to-miss competition will be in Long Beach on May 10th.

Welcome aboard Will...nice looking pork....CBBQA events...Hmmm not even ONE event in San Diego......last I looked we were still part of California.
Events sound terrific...might need to journey north sometime.
