I am a beef/pork guy for the most part, but...........today I ran across a deal I couldn't pass up. The local grocery store near my house had the biggest chicken breasts I've ever seen. They were so big I thought they were turkey breasts at first. They are boneless and skinless which isn't my preferred way to eat it, but at $1.99 per pound I just couldn't resist. Each breast tips the scales at just under 2 lbs. They are huge! Problem is.....I want to do something really outside the box with them, but have no idea what. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. -M
