Need suggestions for boneless, skinless chicken breasts!!!

I am a beef/pork guy for the most part, but...........today I ran across a deal I couldn't pass up. The local grocery store near my house had the biggest chicken breasts I've ever seen. They were so big I thought they were turkey breasts at first. They are boneless and skinless which isn't my preferred way to eat it, but at $1.99 per pound I just couldn't resist. Each breast tips the scales at just under 2 lbs. They are huge! Problem is.....I want to do something really outside the box with them, but have no idea what. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. -M

Chicken, avocado, bacon sandwich or cut them in strips, grill em and finish them off like you would buffalo wings. Skewer them and make yakitori, add them to salads. Chicken fajitas, chicken burritos, chicken tacos. Chicken Chili Verde, Enchiladas
