i started my fire this morning at 7 to cook a small shoulder and a rack of ribs... the temp got to 250 within about 30 -45 mins from starting then drastically has fallen off, i can not get it over 200-215 and maintain for any length of time.... it is about 25 degrees outside now, 10 mph wind... i do have somewhat of a wind block up now but i have no clue what is going on.... and pan is half full of water now....help!!!!
