Need some help!

I have entered the Big Rivers IL State Championships in Cairo, IL the weekend of June 21-22. Unfortunately, my partner cannot make it.

I would be interested if anyone would like to help out. I have all the equipment and meats, just need a hand tending fires and help in prepping. This would be a great opportunity for anyone wanting to experience this wonderful adventure called competition cooking!
