Need Prayers

I just got a call from Pammi's coworkers, the mother of our latest 2 god sons.
It seems that there was a fire in the condo next to hers and the whole building was evacuated!
AND, they had to cut a hole in the roof to put it out!
They're fine, but probably looking for a place to stay the night.
bad weekend for our AC to go out!

Hope there wasn't too much water and smoke damage. Building codes often are not to the point where fires are contained all that well to a single unit. Bad things happen when fire gets into the attic of these places since quite often firestops don't go all the way up. FIngers crossed they can get back into their unit quickly. Prayers are with them.

Glad to know that they're OK, despite the property losses. The owners of the unit where the fire started probably lost everything, too.

Yeah, they did.
The Red Cross has them in a hotel with a kitchenette for now.
Not ideal with a 3 and 5 year old!
