What types of beef are you smoking? I have smoked brisket and tri tips and want to try other cuts. What other value cuts are good to smoke?

Beef shoulder (aka clod) is absolutely delicious on the WSM.

I know it's more of a special occasion thing, but you really should make up a special occasion and try one (or both) of Chris' Prime Rib recipes in the Cooking section. Mmmmmmmmmmmm.

I can tell you the 7 blade I did yesterday was REAL tasty. I just had some for dinner Burrito style with good cheddar. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM. I modified the directions given to me slightly and was very pleased. One thing I really like is how the WSM (and smoking in general) can make inexpensive meat into a treat. I can't wait to do some prime rib. Should be Awesome.
