WASHINGTON (October 11, 2022) – Today, the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association (NCBA) denounced Google’s decision to bias consumers against beef through their new sustainability search feature that provides inaccurate climate information on cattle production.

More erosion of trust in big tech as they push a narrative.

Posted as an fyi for those of us who enjoy bbq'ing beef.

It's nice to see a counterpoint view to what many will automatically assume is a truth. It does read a bit like "I reject your bias and substitute it with one of my own", though. Nonetheless, it has a valid place here as a talking point and hopefully doesn't devolve to a point where it cannot escape the "no politics" axe.

I don't know that it makes sense for Americans to eat as much beef as we do. I'm not exactly volunteering to stop. It should be more special occasion which for me is days that end in "y".
