Does anyone know what is the storage shelf life of a bag of Natural Hardwood Briquettes such as Weber Charcoal Briquettes?

I fill my plastic trash bin about every 18 months. I just put in 60 pounds of lump to replace the briquets that were in there.

Yes, I came across 30 bags of weber charcoal.

Let me know where they are located and I will gladly test 29 bags for you. I bought 30 bags 2 years ago and I have noticed no difference from 1st bag until now. Probably have enough left to get ne through this year.

Back in 06 HD had a blowout sale on Rancher all natural briquettes made by the Original Charcoal Company.
We bought a pallet full and that lasted a few yrs.
That was in paper bags, Weber has plastic bags so no problems with moisture.
