We get a 10 pack of these from Sam's.
So versatile for doing a quick Flatbread dinner.
I love homemade dough but these are stupid easy and so much tastier then store bought crusts.
Nice cracker crisp crust using the griddle.
Kelly went peppers, onions , mushrooms and sweet Italian sausage.
I give it a 10.

Love it.
Like the old school pizzas on English muffins but waaay better.....
Might take your ideas and move along and try it myself....
A couple questions......
I know the crust and where to get them......so basically the toppings whatever you want get the cook on them on the flattop and then just build the pizza and use the burger cheese melter lid to melt the cheese?
How long does the cheese take to melt and did you use water beside the pizza to melt the cheese and did you have to leave the naan on the griddle for awhile before melting the cheese or was it more of a build it now melt the cheese right away type of thing?

How hot was the griddle.....I know they can get smoking hot.

We have a 5 burner so the mid two were on high and the others off.
I didn't check with my IR gun but preheated for 5 mins.
Peppers and onions went first followed by the sausage.

She grilled one side of the flatbread and flipped when the edges looked brown.
Then sauced add topings and waited till she saw browning. Add cheeses and covered.
That only took a minute or two. Total was about 10-12 mins

Awesome, thanks for the approx timelines I can work with that.
I just hate to waste and knowing me I would burn the snot out of the first one I tried.

Surprised no one mentioned your nice shoes and how you wear your pants while cookin!!! :sneaky::LOL::LOL:

Everything there looks outstanding.
I stop short of dough making or baking when it comes to cooking anything outdoors. Those Naan breads are great.

"Uh, naan-naan-naan-naan-naan naan-naan-naan-naan-naan-naan-naan-naan-naan
Naan-naan-naan-naan, I need somebody to help me say it one time
Naan-naan-naan-naan-naan naan-naan-naan-naan-naan-naan-naan-naan-naan
Naan-naan-naan-naan, wo-ow!"

I assume you're all familiar with Wilson Pickett's "Land of a Thousand Pizzas"...

Tim, I took a closer look at your photos. By any chance do you have a "WOOD 28" jersey hanging in the closet? ;)

Well, I know you're a Sox fan from way back and I also noticed you using your left hand in a couple photos, so the thought occurred to me that you might be lefthanded (like me). And who was one of the preeminent AL southpaws back in the early to mid '70s? Hint: it wasn't Ken Kravec!;)
