I bought the stainless steel work table (24" x 49") from Costco and ordered another shelf from Seville Classic. All of my smoking needs on one cart that easily wheels out to my WSM. The top drawers have the Weber easy lights, lighters, thermometers, probes and injector. I have a few more thing I want to add yet.

great stuff Nick!
I use a stainless rack similar to yours and have for a few years now....

you may want to rid yourself of those plastic containers, they collect rain/snow. Or cover them.
No need to store your chimneys in them. "S" hooks (or something like them) attached to the shelf just above them now works well even when they're hot.
Keep your lighters or matches in an air-tight (glass jar) container... your coal starters need not be kept airtight, but in a waterproof container.
and I do not keep my therms and such outside...

Good luck with your storage unit!

Excellent advice...............

Thanks for the input, much appreciated
I keep the cart in my walkout basement and take it outside when I smoke. So the equipment is protected from the elements except when cooking. When I smoke, I am protected by a upper deck. I can also put up a 10x12 tarp to make it rainproof. S hooks sound good for hanging misc items

When I move I'm going to have to copy yours and Jim's ideas. Will definitely cut down on the number of trips in and out of the garage.

I agree. Great advice! I was honestly just thinking to myself that I need to come up with an easier solution. Right now I make about 7 or 8 trips to the shed before I can even light my chimney... I can't even count how many I have to make before the meat goes on! Plus cleaning up the old card table after I'm done can be a pain. Stainless may be the way to go.
