My very first brisket on a One touch Gold

Hello.

This is the first time I did a brisket. I think it's not a full packer- only the flat. Here in Germany it's not so easy to get the right parts because it's not as common as in USA.
It was a very cold morning in February this year. I started at 5:00 am and finished it at 2:00 pm.

The rub:

Garlic Powder...... 2Tsp
Minced Oniens..........2Tsp
Black Pepper....2Tsp
Sea Salt............2sp
Paprika hot.......1Tsp
Chilli powder.............1Tsp
Paprika sweet............2Tsp
Coriander powder.......1Tsp
Rosemary....................2Tsp
Piment..........................1Tsp
