My Turkey Breast

I injected it with a mix of butter and chicken broth and salted with a mix of kosher salt and baking sofa. Smoked it with a mix of hickory and apple. SWMBO is very happy which makes me happy.

Thank you Cliff it took just a little under 2 hours. It was a 7 pounder and I cooked it at 325-350. It was the product of things that I learned here.

Thank you Barb and Bob. Bob, I get mine from Whole Foods. They are definitely not cheap but I am willing to shell out just a bit more to have a quality, clean, product.
