I wasn't planning to post this cook because it was crazy on Thursday and was doing a lot of other things. I only have 2 pictures. Bird came out good better than last year. Everyone agreed.
Brined the turkey for 36 hours with 3 quarts of apple juice and rosemary, sage, thyme. 1/4 cup of salt and 1/4 cup of sugar. Rubbed it olive oil and seasoned with webers beer can chicken seasoning. Stuffed it with onions only.
Smoked the bird for about 4 hours I think at 300f. Pictures look bad because of the lighting but the color was actually nice. Wife made stuffing muffins.
Nothing plated I was so busy I forgot.
