My neighbors are amazing!

Our riding mower is having issues and our grass was getting high. Seriously, we became "that" house on the block. Yesterday the hubbs and I spent about 3 hours trying to get it started. We gave up and decided to call my neighbor on Monday who lives around the corner and owns a landscaping business.

It's a lazy Sunday morning where we just stay in bed and watch a crappy movie and we hear a mower. I look out and my neighbor is mowing our lawn, on Easter. I go talk to him and he said our next door neighbor had mentioned that we were having problems with the mower and he wanted to give us one less thing to worry about, and pay us back for the help we gave him when his truck was stolen last year. He wouldn't accept any payment, and of course I couldn't thank him enough!

I am seriously about to cry y'all. This takes a huge weight off my shoulders and puts a bit more in the budget for the mower fix. When I get my new-to-me grill going, I know who our first dinner guests are going to be!

Wish I had your neighbors Jayde. My neighbors had a VERY loud party late last night. Very tired this morning. Feed your neighbors well. It will pay off. Happy Easter to all.

Most of mine are great, but there are two that I'd like to see move.
 
sweet ! when I had my accident that put me in a wheelchair I had other priorities. so my grass/weeds grew a lot. all we got from our neighbors was them standing around *****ing about our grass. and they did it right were we could hear them. so I let it grow a lot more before getting a yard guy to take over.
