Here are the pics I promised...

This was Saturday morning after 12 hours of cooking a 9 pound butt. The Second picture shows a rock steady lid temp in the WSM - it stayed right there for over 9 hours!


This is the finished butt. It cooked for almost 23 hours and when I picked it up after letting it rest in foil for 30 minutes, the bone literally fell out!


This is Monday morning... Wake up neighbors!!!!! I got 3 slabs of ribs on and the smoke wont let you sleep in!


The ribs got done with 3-2-1! I added some sausages and heated up the pork from Saturday...


It was a good cook and the CG proved worthy and lived up to its reputation.
 
As usual, looks great. Glad you like you CG, I have a friend at work that has one and loves it.
Did you go to the race over the w/e? I'd love to go to it some year. Have any extra rooms at your house lol.
No smoking for me Wed-Fri, JURY DUTY!
