A few mods I came up with out of necessity of course.
-1st some casters from Home Depot so I can move it relatively easy
-2nd hole in the door (since I didn’t want to drill through the enamel finish) for probe thermometer with high temp grommet and plug from McMaster Carr
-3rd shelf to mount my probe thermometer. ½” oak with two angle brackets. I used wood screws for the wood shelf then ground down the excess. Stainless screws for door
-4th picked up some off brand high temp self stick gasket material from local green egg dealer to seal door better
I would have included pics but I can't seem to figure out how.
