This was without doubt, the best turkey I have ever ate. My guests agreed.
Cooked for 20 people this year and again made both a 19lb traditional oven roasted bird and a 19lb Maple/Bourbon brined bird on the rotisserie.
Used fist sized chunks of Cherry and Maple smoke wood for the grill.
EVERYONE raved about the Maple/Bourbon bird. For next year the wife wants me to make BOTH birds on the rotisserie...AND another one for XMAS!
