I found it on craigslist for a $30 purchase price without any grills or tank. After ordering up some missing parts from Weber, sweatin' and cussin' I finally did it. Here are some shots of the "before".

And "After". The new tank has arrived from Weber but have a back order on the regulator and hose so not connected yet.

I am extremely happy with my "New" Performer and decided to give her a 1st cooking of the Roadside Chicken. Turned out wonderful and I do have a lot more room than I had using my little 18 1/2 kettle.

Cost to Restore. Well I was afraid someone might ask me that so here goes. The new charcoal grate and hinged cooking grill were $33. Replacement blade kit, $13. Thermometer, ashcatcher handle, end plugs and hardware $25. Tank $50. Hose & regulator $45. Elbow grease and sweat.......Priceless.
