A fresh bird from a local chicken farmer, "spatched". Rubbed with some Bone Suckin' Seasoning Rub and bathed in some Wickers.
The side wife's tater concoction. New potatoes, onions sauteed in bacon grease, bacon, green beans and cheddar cheese.
Fired up the chimney on the little fold up grill bought at Walmart
After a nice 10 hour soak in the Wickers, pulled from the fridge and drained and let it sit out for about a half an hour while the charcoal and CIG's heat up.
Honorable Mention, christened our new purchase last night with some my-t-fine burgers. We bought this 22.5" OTS from Walmart last weekend, payed $50. It was all beat up, the lid was all scratched, pieces were missing. I called Weber-Stephen and they replaced all the parts for free, awesome is all I have to say, I'm sold. I can't go back now, I'm all in and lovin' it.
CIG's, all fired up and waiting for Miss Henny.
The side wife wanted crispy skin, I told her,"this ain't KFC". But you know I listened. Really just burnt up the skin and the meat was good.
Side wife's concoction was out of the park.
All the player's arrive to the field ready to play and looking their best.
Turned out good from soup to nuts, including the one's eating.
Thanks for looking!
