My first Rib-O-Lator ribs!

Here is my first attempt at Rib-O-Lator ribs. They came out fantastic!

Those do look very good. How long did you cook them? At what temp?

3.5 hours at 250F dome temp.

Those looked great! But, I wonder if Spares would work on that thing? It looks like they'd be too big.

Regardless of the rib type, it needs to be trimmed to fit the tray.
