I consider that a great compliment coming from you guys Rich and Barb. I've been chomping at the bit to take tat hanging rack out for a spin. So glad I got it.

Yes it was Robert. I wasn't sure what to expect as far as the doneness of the breast versus thigh but it came out moist and delicious. I've gotten som tips from Dwains posts. I'm not sure I would ever do chicken any other way.
