My First 22.5 Smoke

Finally got my WSM and smoked some ribs for the super bowl.

I know I should have seasoned it, however I just could not wait to try it out. The Ribs and pulled pork I made were amazing.

Crazy enough my thermometer on the lid matched with my maverick almost perfectly.
